Consultation
In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (NC TAR), the Energy Regulatory Office is launching a consultation on discounts, multipliers and seasonal factors.
The ERO invites all interested parties to make comments and initiatives on the published consultative document and submit them up to and including on 13 April 2022 to the e-mail address plyn@eru.cz. In accordance with the requirement of Regulation 2017/460, the received comments and initiatives will be published on the ERO's website after the consultation has been concluded.
