Combatting Corruption
Corruption can be described as a relationship between two entities, whether individuals or institutions, of which one offers, and usually also provides, a certain reward for the provision or promise of an unfair advantage. The other then expects to receive the promised reward, whether pecuniary or non-pecuniary, for the advantage so provided.
