Welcome to the website of the ERO's Electricity Industry Department. The Electricity Industry Department is in charge of regulation in the Czech electricity industry.

The Price Decisions section offers the current price decisions concerning the electricity industry.

The Communications section contains important decisions and notices concerning the electricity market (for example, interpreting positions on some regulations - public notices, notices of the approval of the transmission/distribution system operation rules, notices of the approval of the market operator's commercial terms and conditions, etc.).

The Reporting section makes available the reports that entities need for performing their reporting obligation to the Energy Regulatory Office.

The Statistics section offers monthly and yearly reports on the operation of the electricity grid.

The Quality section contains reports on the level achieved in observing the standard of electricity transmission and distribution continuity. It also describes the procedure for applying for compensation in cases of failures to observe the quality standards applicable to electricity supply and distribution.

The Regulation Methodology section outlines the process of developing the regulatory framework during the current second regulatory period, the regulation formula, and the procedure for calculating the efficiency factor.

The FAQ section contains customers' most frequently asked questions, which the ERO staff have singled out from the correspondence in previous years; they relate to both renewable resources and electricity supply prices.

The Electricity Supplier Switching section offers information intended to help customers in their decision-making on a potential change of their electricity supplier.
